My Journey to Therapy
Background in Communications
I embarked on my professional journey with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, spending 15 years working for media companies and ad agencies.
Transition to Psychology
In 2008, I became officially licensed as a marriage and family therapist (LMFT).Before starting my full time private practice, I worked for three non-profits over the course of ten years focusing on three distinct populations:
- substance using clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- children, adolescents, and families
- men who identify as gay, bisexual, queer or Trans
Since 2018, I have been providing exclusive telehealth therapy throughout California, working with adults, adolescents, and couples. I have extensive experience working with clients who have a variety of challenges including but not limited to borderline personality disorder (BPD), anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADD, grief & loss, relationship issues, and substance use and addiction.

A Blend of Techniques: I pride myself on being a therapist who utilizes a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Strength-Based therapies to meet each client’s unique needs. Many of my clients have benefited from learning skills to help them improve their communication, regulate their emotions, and decrease their anxieties, stress and fears.
